We have specialist Pilates packages that can provide a bespoke treatment pathway that will help rehabilitate any injury, get you great results and feeling great in your body!

Packages include a Private 30 min 1:1 consultation, Classical Pilates sessions with specialist apparatus such as the Cadillac / trapeze table or the balanced body clinical reformer, which facilitates safe and rapid rehabilitation of orthopaedic, neurologic and chronic pain conditions and sports therapy massage and manipulation. All of this in a beautiful purpose-built Pilates studio!
