Day 1: Foundations and Adaptations

- Detailed breakdown of classical mat exercises, focusing on form, alignment, and purpose.
- Techniques for safely adapting exercises for different fitness levels, injuries, or limitations.
- Hands-on practice and feedback to refine teaching cues and modifications.
Day 2: Small Apparatus and Class Variety
- Exploration of small apparatus
- Toe Corrector: Enhance foot alignment and strength.
- Magic Circles: Add resistance and deepen core engagement.
- Hand Weights: Build strength and improve coordination.
- Practical application of apparatus in classical mat exercises to support or challenge clients.
- Creating varied and engaging class plans that balance tradition with innovation.
- Group teaching practice with peer and instructor feedback.
