At our Classical Pilates studio, we pride ourselves on offering an authentic and true-to-form Pilates experience for both our clients and student teachers. Classical Pilates is a specific approach to the practice that maintains the integrity and original teachings of Joseph Pilates, the founder of the Pilates Method. When we refer to Classical Pilates we refer to using a system of exercise that use an array of studio apparatus to give a client a tailored personal workout. No two workout sessions are the same as the requirements of your body may change from one day to the next.

For our clients, practicing Classical Pilates means engaging in a systematic and structured workout that focuses on the principles which are breathe, rhythm and flow, concentration precision when all of these principles are in play the body moves effortlessly!
