Could you be our new Studio Manager?

It’s been an exciting few months at VIPilates and with our brand new studio in the heart of Birmingham launching next month (!!), We’re on the look out for a Front of House / Studio Manager to lead the Studio team and deliver exceptional levels of client care and service. If you can lead others, and are passionate about Classical Pilates and have great organisational skills this could be the role for you!

Who are we?
We are a boutique fully comprehensive established Pilates studio operating in the West Midlands and expanding into Birmingham city centre with views for future expansion. Our beautiful studios and passion to provide the best quality Classical Pilates classes, outstanding customer service and personal development and progression for all our instructors is at the heart of everything we do.

We are on the lookout for someone who wants to make a difference to our clients and studio on an individual basis, along with developing a career in an exciting new environment. The role:
– Manage and work from our new studio in Birmingham’s Digbeth area with future sites planned next year
– Manage a team of instructors
– Champion and develop the work we do
– Ensure quality and consistency of classes for all our lovely clients
– With the assistance of our digital marketing team, contribute and help develop our Social Media Presence
– Create the culture of the studio in line with our ethos
– Conduct Reformer Pilates classes between all our centres
– General day to day running of studio

Your Experience:
– 2/3 years Previous management experience a bonus but not essential
– Pilates (Reformer) Instructor Qualified
– Team Player / People driven
– Good Knowledge base of anatomy
– Excellent organisation skills
– Good team leader and great interpersonal skills

This is a full-time role. Pilates certification and passion is essential.
